Job Description:
- Architect, design and build critical, fundamental cloud components that define the standards for cloud solution deployment, infrastructure as code modules, and automations
- Provide technical leadership in the project team responsible for the detailed design, development, delivery, and test of simple and complex solutions
- Ensure that the technology architecture and technical strategies remain current and in line with company business goals and wider market technology developments
- Make expert recommendations and decisions clearly linked to the organization’s strategic and financial goals
- Communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals, and strategies, highlight short-term trade-offs vs long-term commitments
- Programme manage overall infrastructure improvements providing regular updates to key stakeholders
- Adopt industrial best practices and methodologies in the proposed solutions
- Ensure all projects are completed within deadlines and to the highest standards
- Contribute to and assist in the delivery of cloud and infrastructure roadmaps
- Work with project teams to deliver Cloud-based resources in line with architectural blueprints
- Support the project delivery life cycle finding resolutions to risks and issues to ensure that projects are completed
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience working with IT infrastructure architecture team
- Experience in defining Enterprise Cloud Integration roadmaps, integration patterns, cloud-based services
- Strong experience in managing IT infrastructure, including network, storage, server, OS, virtualization technology, databases, middle-tier software management
- Hands-on experience with traditional data centers or virtual platforms
- Good understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS deployments and solutions
- A hands-on team player, with a can-do approach
- Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
- Result-oriented and having good problem solving skills with strong analytical mind and time management
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
