Job Description:
- Develop and oversee eBanking strategies and initiatives
- Manage eBanking channels including online banking, mobile banking, and other digital platforms
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and information security standards
- Analyze customer needs and preferences and develop tailored eBanking solutions
- Monitor performance and analyze data to optimize eBanking services and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new eBanking products and services
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Provide training and support to staff, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in eBanking, digital banking, or related field
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements for eBanking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with eBanking platforms and related technologies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
