Job Description:

• Oversee multiple and strategically significant projects supporting the implementation of Digital strategy
• Develop project plans and manage the delivery of high impact cross cutting projects on time, on budget and to high standards
• Lead projects throughout the project life cycle and effectively interact with multiple stakeholders
• Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Can guide and coach delivery teams to self-organize and achieve objectives, without assigning or dictating the work
• Meet with Stakeholders / business units to consolidate new service / product ideas and business opportunity
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research on Fintech / Digital in Banking industry
• Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• Proven experience in digital solution, development and project implementation with bank or Financial Services industry
• Enthusiastic about latest Fintech and Innovation solution trends
• Familiar with Agile approach
• A problem solver, self-starter and someone who proactively engages with situation and make progress
• Ability to empower project teams, providing leadership to help teams move the project forward
• Great attention to detail and ability to jump to front line to resolve issues if required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
