Our client is one of the world’s leading luxury brand with great presence across the Region. They are currently looking for high caliber candidates in merchandiser to cope with their business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for regional QA of entire site: i.e. product page, content pages, category layout flows,navigational changes, new features, etc.
- Check product copy in Cantonese and Mandarin for accuracy and regional sensibilities; Organize training sessions in the local offices for the translation agency.
- Liaise with Digital Merchandising and regional eMerchandiser and MarComm team on homepage/eCard selections.
- Communicate copy changes to the Worldwide Digital Content team based on client feedback, production changes, and department requests.
- Maintain availability statuses for all SKUs and promise dates for pre-order/backordered items.
- Responsible for updating visuals to support global product marketing campaigns, online exclusives, e-card calendar and special regional initiatives.
- Willing to learn new technologies and design techniques.
- Ensure website reflects correct prices, following any price changes as communicated by Buyers.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Web/Multimedia Design, Computer Science / Software Engineering, or similar disciplines
- Minimum 1-3 years’ relevant experience in focus on web content management
- Highly motivated and flexible individual with a proven ability to drive projects to successful and timely delivery
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
- Creative, passionate and excellent in problem solving skills with positive attitude
- Background in luxury fashion industry is considered a plus
- Must be native Cantonese speaker, Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Mandarin and English
