Job Description:
- Develop new products from ideation sketches, drawing, sketching, positioning, sampling, fitting, adaptation to finished products with consistency in brand concept and image.
- Provide clear direction for the Print, Colour, Fabric, Silhouette per Block & Season.
- Read & react to global trend in order to inject newness regularly.
- Develop design details and accessories for the collection
- Drive collaboration & partnership with design counterpart to ensure seamless collection from concept to stores.
- Ensure continuous collaboration & communication with buying and develop design team to maximize each individual potential.
- Responsible for driving product development forward according to TNA
Job Requirements:
- Diploma Holder or above, major in Fashion Design or related disciplines
- Prefer with experience in accessories design
- 2 years’ experience in fashion design
- Entrepreneurial spirit, capability of cross team communication & synergy
- Good eye for color, texture & shape
- Self-motivated, mature and good team-player
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred
