A reputable Insurance company is now seeking a professional business analyst familiar in insurance projects.

The incumbent will be report to Department Head directly.

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the full project life cycle from end to end including users requirement gathering, documentation, arranging testing and assisting in project management task
  • Facilitate communications between users, IT and vendors regarding user requirements and system functionality throughout the project cycle.
  • Business processes analysis, workflow, documentation preparation and provide regular reports
  • Support project owners and stakeholders in business case operations
  • Assist and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 – 5 years’ work experience as business analyst in life insurance
  • Involved in budgeting, scoping, scheduling and driving projects from initiations to delivery
  • FLMI, PMP or Six Sigma designation is preferred
  • Strong capability in analyzing and documenting complex business processes
  • Strong analytical mind set, good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good understanding of project management process
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua is a plus)
  • Good PC literate in MS office, Visio, MS Project & Chinese word-input
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
