A reputable Insurance company is now seeking a professional business analyst familiar in insurance projects.
The incumbent will be report to Department Head directly.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the full project life cycle from end to end including users requirement gathering, documentation, arranging testing and assisting in project management task
- Facilitate communications between users, IT and vendors regarding user requirements and system functionality throughout the project cycle.
- Business processes analysis, workflow, documentation preparation and provide regular reports
- Support project owners and stakeholders in business case operations
- Assist and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 3 – 5 years’ work experience as business analyst in life insurance
- Involved in budgeting, scoping, scheduling and driving projects from initiations to delivery
- FLMI, PMP or Six Sigma designation is preferred
- Strong capability in analyzing and documenting complex business processes
- Strong analytical mind set, good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of project management process
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua is a plus)
- Good PC literate in MS office, Visio, MS Project & Chinese word-input
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
