Expand the Software business by developing more targeted new logos
Approach through direct engagement to key players in targeted white space segments, e.g. Financial sector , Education sector, Property developers and construction sectors, selected public organizations
Participate in relevant trade or public associations to liaise relations, promote C&T key offerings and bring new leads
Develop more pilot customers for New Tech business, i.e. AI, NLP in order to develop the business into a more solid profit generating unit
Act as CRM to maximize share of wallet of named strategic customers, e.g. C&T logos in enterprise commercial and public sectors
Facilitate a few named strategic partners to develop key channels for Software business: SI’s Telcos, OA vendors, etc
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, MBA or other postgraduate qualification is desirable with at least 10 years of relevant experience in sales & business management in IT industry
Proven track records in achieving demanding business target with growth for IT software and services businesses in Hong Kong
Extensive knowledge in enterprise software business and its related technology and market trend
Have extensive business network including clients bases and sales channels
Excellent social networking, communication and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated and willing to work in a dynamic working environment
Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Business Development Manager
