Job Description:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
- Develop and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and other documentation as needed
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are free of defects
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to life insurance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Support in bank industry or financial services industry
- Sound knowledge in credit / risk management system
- Extensive experience in full SDLC tasks and documentation for system development, including business requirements, functional specifications, SIT, and UAT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of life insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus
- Have excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) as well as English.
