Job Description:
- Plan and research financial technology applications to enhance business operations and customer experience
- Encourage process improvement and innovation to increase efficiency
- Analyze existing and future processes, identify gaps, and map out solutions
- Understand and explain complex business systems and tools with focus on upstream/downstream impact
- Prioritize and plan resources for system implementation, monitor project progress and budget
- Liaise between users and technical developers to ensure proper implementation of business requirements
- Assist with project implementation, proactively manage risks, and recommend mitigating measures
- Perform business and user requirements analysis
- Provide strong support to business users and prepare management reports
- Contribute to vision and strategy, work with teams to define solutions and drive projects to execution, encourage experimentation and innovation.
Job Requirements:
- A degree holder
- Have 3+ years of relevant work experience in the banking industry
- Be familiar with requirements gathering, gap identification, estimation, implementation, and user acceptance testing definition and execution
- Have experience in preparing functional requirement specifications
- Be familiar with any retail banking system/products (e.g. settlement, payment, loans, deposit, core banking, CASA, credit card, risk, digital)
- Possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Have excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) as well as English.
