Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment process from understanding the clients’ hiring needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting candidates to meet clients’ job requirement
- Building professional relationship with candidates and clients through warm calls
- Managing the interview process in an effective and professional manner and provide professional advice to both clients and candidates
- Continually develop knowledge on current market / industry trends relating to the industry or job function
- Support the Consulting Manager to formulate the long-list / shortlist strategy to build up the search target
Requirements:
- University graduate with Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 1+ year of working experience
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment
- Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Consultant
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
