Our client, a leading bank, is looking for Assistant Manager to join their Unsecured Loan team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute personal loans’ acquisition and portfolio programs to grow the Bank’s market share and profitability.
- Participate in product development and system enhancement projects to enhance product features, improve customer journey and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Perform market and portfolio analysis for formulating business strategies
- Liaise with different sales channels and operations to develop efficient and effective sales and operating workflows.
- Work with different channels including telesales and digital banking to drive business from new customers and boost cross selling opportunities from existing customer base. Monitor the performance of sales channels and evaluate programs results.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ banking experience, with exposure to consumer lending an advantage
- Strong product development and project management skills
- Strong team orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
