Job Description:
- Overseeing the bank’s data center operations
- Provide 7×24 Tier 1 support to servers, 3 shifts schedule
- Ensuring that all IT systems and processes meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans and business continuity plans
- Managing IT vendors and contractors to support Data center operations
- Travel occasionally: Head office in Central, Data center at Tseung Kwan O, DR site at Tai Po
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT Data Center operation management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Excellent vendor management skill
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical staff
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
