Job Description:
- Assisting in Data Centre Operations management
- Monitoring and managing the data center infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Performing routine checks, inspections, and maintenance tasks to proactively identify and resolve potential issues or risks.
- Responding to system alerts, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner, troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage vendors to perform day-to-day Data Centre operations and project implementations
- Carrying out 24 hours on-site service in both production and backup site
- Travel occasionally: Head office in Central, Data center at Tseung Kwan O, DR site at Tai Po
- Shift duty is required
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in supporting Data Center operation management, IT infrastructure management, IT operations management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Willing to work in shift duties (7*24)
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese
Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
