Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager supporting the distribution admin function.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Responsible for all-rounded agency admin including full records of financing package and distribution remuneration is handled in compliance with company policy and standard.
- Monitor and maintain of the related compensation reports to fulfil management and distributions need.
- Support and enhance the compensation system for operations and management purpose.
- Provide support to the ad-hoc project when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with 5 years’ experience of agency administration in insurance.
- Holder of FLMI professional qualification is preferable.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and attentive to details.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
