Our client is looking for candidates with agency training experience who is responsible from course design, delivery to evaluation. The incumbent will be report directly to the Sales Director.

Job Description:

  • Create and implement training strategies for Insurance Consultants.
  • Identify training needs and deliver training programs.
  • Manage assigned projects as needed.
  • Accredit CPD courses with HKCAAVQ.
  • Use new learning methods and materials for effective training.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business or finance related is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of training experience, experience in insurance and finance environment is a plus.
  • Proactive with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Superb command in English and Chinese language skills.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Manager role.

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
