Our client is looking for an Agency Development Manager responsible for the new agents training, zone management and agency performance management.
The incumbent will be reporting to department head directly.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the agency development roles including recruiting new agents, CV screening and training.
- Analyzing performance, improvement plans and review.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Make sure the agency force compile with regulatory requirements, company guidelines and policies.
- Conduct market research and perform ad-hoc project when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business and marketing or relevant discipline.
- 5 years of agency experience with supervisory background is absolutely an advantage.
- Excellent people skills with good communication and networking abilities.
- Solid project management experience.
- Superb command in English and Chinese.
- Good computer literacy in MS Office.
