A Multinational Insurance Group is looking for an Agency Development Manager working closely with agency channel supporting their business expansion.
The incumbent will be reporting to Department head Directly.
Job Description:
- Achieve KPI through agency branch network support including coordination, provide training / workshop to uplift agency’s products knowledge and resolve issues as well as daily operations.
- Strengthen and maintain solid relationship with agency channel.
- Liaise and Implement promotional campaign and incentive programs.
- Provide updates and feedbacks to management team to enhance product range and service standard.
Job Requirements:
- University degree with minimum 4 – 6 years’ relevant working experience.
- Professional qualification in IIQE is preferable.
- Possess with solid experience in agency development in life insurance business
- Good knowledge in Life insurance products.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese including Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
