Our client is one of the world’s leading luxury brand with great presence across the Region. They are currently looking for high caliber candidates in merchandising to cope with their business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial and executive support to the Retail Director
- Assist in organizing and scheduling daily activities and events
- Manage business travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Prepare expense reimbursement applications of company staffs
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on business operations
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly & monthly sales and KPI reports
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as as assigned by management
Requirements:
- F.5 (HKCEE / HKDSE) or above
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in using MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to multitask.
- Flexible, good common sense and good problem-solving skills
- Fresh graduates are also welcome.
