Responsibilities:
Handle on day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels both phone in / walk in teams / email.
Provide customer service, handle follow-up enquiries and problem solving in relation to after-sales and new business service issues.
Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems.
Support ad hoc projects and administrative work.
Job Requirements:
Degree holders with 3~5 years of insurance experience; Post-Secondary or Diploma with 4~6 years of insurance experience.
Obtained in IIQE Paper I, III and V and MPF intermediaries’ examination is preferred.
Work under pressure with positive working attitude.
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
Familiar in Microsoft Office & Chinese Input.
Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
