Job Description:

  • Manage comprehensive agency operations, including support for recruitment activities and the preparation of regular performance reports.
  • Perform analysis of sales metrics and industry data to facilitate management review and strategic planning.
  • Support the formulation and execution of business plans aimed at driving agency growth.
  • Conduct market research to provide foundational insights for new initiatives.
  • Execute other responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate, minimum 3 years in a relevant role.
  • Independent worker with excellent time management, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, responsible, and takes initiative.
  • Solid proficiency in essential PC skills and office software.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
