Job Decription:
- Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored consultations and digital strategy recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, craft inventive business proposals, and prepare engaging pitch presentations to convert leads into sales.
- Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and industry trend identification, to support client pitches and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, regularly updating management on sales lead status while representing the company at networking and industry events.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Interactive Media, or a related field
- 1+ year experience in a sales or business development role
- Knowledge in web and mobile production is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
