Job Description:
- Deploy and maintain the PACS system to ensure stable operation.
- Coordinate integration and resolve issues between PACS, HIS, and EMR systems.
- Support the integration of imaging equipment and provide user training.
- Respond to equipment failures and resolve issues.
- Participate in IT project analysis and implementation within the hospital.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Proficient in Windows/Linux, MySQL/Oracle, and basic server/network maintenance.
- Knowledge of PACS processes, imaging equipment integration, and HIS/EMR interactions. PACS experience in a tertiary hospital is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to handle unexpected issues; willingness to travel short-term.
- Ability to work in English and Cantonese.
