Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support their insurance distribution channels. In this role, you will handle documentation, manage compensation systems, and ensure compliance with company policies.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Assist in documentation and administrative tasks for the agency force and distribution channels.
- Maintain accurate records of financing packages and ensure remuneration aligns with company policies.
- Monitor and manage compensation-related reports to support distribution and management needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all distribution activities.
- Maintain and improve compensation systems for operational and management purposes
Job Requirements:
- University degree with at least 6 years of agency administration experience in the insurance industry, FLMI holder is a plus
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and a good team player.
- Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese are essential.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for an officer role.
