Our Client:
Our banking client is looking for the Assistant Manager to join their distribution to cope with the company expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor security systems and networks for vulnerabilities and potential threats, responding promptly to incidents and breaches.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify security weaknesses and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to enhance the organization’s security framework.
- Provide guidance and support to junior security team members, fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks, such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cyber security, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of security technologies, threat assessment tools, and incident response methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
