Our Client:
Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Workflow Professional to oversee the operations of our Cashier office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, refining, and regularly updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsand implement process improvements.
The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head directly.
Job Description:
- Create, review and update SOPs regularly to align with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Analyze current workflows and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and train staff on updated procedures.
- Monitor compliance with internal and external regulations, reporting any discrepancies.
- Provide support to daily operations of the Cashier office, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Prepare regular reports for the Senior Manager on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an insurance or financial services environment, with a focus on workflow management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements affecting the insurance industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in workflow management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
