Description:

- Assess claims for validity and determine appropriate payouts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely claim processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in claims management or customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in insurance or finance are preferred.
