Descriptions:
- Develop and implement comprehensive UAT strategies and plans to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the complete UAT process, from test planning and execution to reporting and resolution.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements and ensure successful UAT outcomes.
- Create and manage detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all aspects of product functionality.
- Analyze UAT results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and user experience.
- Ensure effective testing of large language models (LLMs), validating their performance and usability within applications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UAT management, with a strong understanding of the full UAT cycle.
- Background in testing large language models (LLMs) and familiarity with AI technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with test management tools and agile methodologies is a plus.
