Job Description:
- Develop and execute the annual IT audit plan, ensuring alignment with the bank’s risk assessment and strategic goals.
- Lead IT audits, including system implementations and cybersecurity assessments, while ensuring adherence to audit standards.
- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the audit committee, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT management and operational teams to implement audit recommendations and promote a culture of risk awareness.
- Mentor and develop audit staff, providing coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional qualifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT audit, risk management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiar with HKMA regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
