Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive business and system analysis, providing design, QA, troubleshooting, and actionable recommendations.
- Lead the development of business features, including design, development, and unit testing across multiple teams.
- Offer technical guidance to enhance developer productivity through robust design processes, design patterns, and reusability concepts.
- Adhere to standardized development processes and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive process improvements to enhance development efficiency, reduce costs, and advocate innovative solutions while maintaining timely and professional IT development functions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficient in mainframe and MS Intel development environments, with experience in COBOL, Microsoft .NET, C#, J2EE, Oracle, SQL Server, and Visual Studio is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, technical design, and best practices in system development.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Agile (Scrum) / DevOps practices.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin.
