Job Description:

• Develop and maintain a detailed project roadmap
• Manage project deliverables in line with the project roadmap
• Act as an escalation point for project risk and issues
• Resolve cross-functional issues at project level where necessary
• Strong oversight of project scope and change control
• Monitor project progress and performance from a benefit realisation, time, cost and quality perspective
• Provide status reports in line with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Financial management across the portfolio of projects
• Manage internal resources and external third party service providers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• 8+ years of working experience in IT operations management and Infrastructure area with Financial Services industry
• Extensive experience in project management and resources management
• Experienced in a technology leadership role managing people directly or indirectly
• Experience with projects in multiple infrastructure technologies such as system, network, security, data center
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
