Our client is looking for a finance professional work as part of their business expansion, They are seeking a dedicated and analytical finance professional to join the team.
The incumbent will be reporting to the Director.
Job Description:
- Process Optimization:Lead projects to streamline finance operations, identifying bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions to boost productivity.
- Workflow Coordination:Partner with sales and operational teams to enhance workflow efficiency, ensuring financial processes align with business needs.
- Commission & Trend Analysis:Monitor and analyze commission payouts and performance metrics, providing detailed reports on variances and trends.
- Budget & Expense Control:Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process; perform detailed expense analysis to ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Profitability Insights: Prepare and present financial summaries to senior management, offering recommendations to improve margins and support key business decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance + Professional accreditation (CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
- 8+ years in accounting, with deep exposure to FP&A, financial analysis, process enhancement, and operational efficiency.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and building practical automation tools (e.g., VBA, Excel-based solutions).
- Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis, specifically around commission and expense review.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
