Job Description:
- Monitors the development, operation, and maintenance of credit risk control systems, ensuring the integrity of IT systems and related internal controls.
- Participates in the development, upgrading, and testing of core systems, performing maintenance to ensure their effectiveness, integrity, and security.
- Manages and directs research and technology development projects to meet organizational needs and stay current with market trends.
- Serves as the coordinator for the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and information security incident management, while monitoring IT and cybersecurity risks.
- Participates in key committees to help establish policies, strategies, and operational guidelines for risk management and IT.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with 10+ years of credit risk systems / solutions experience and team management experience.
- Highly proficient in Java, object-oriented and event-driven programming, design patterns, and a suite of modern open-source frameworks (Spring, MyBatis, Dubbo, Kafka, Redis).
- Experienced with large-scale, high-availability architectures including distributed systems, microservices (SOA/REST), caching, security, and big data technologies.
- Possesses strong database design, performance tuning, and data sharding skills for massive datasets, with proven experience delivering large-scale SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrates clear logical thinking and strong communication skills; responsible, with excellent teamwork, planning, and execution abilities.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin as working languages
