Job Description:
- Design and develop credit products by identifying market opportunities and analyzing institutional client needs, including establishing data standards, product requirements, and solutions for scoring, profiling, and reporting.
- Explore, evaluate, and plan the application of internal and external data value, clarifying data mining directions and establishing a data asset value system within the credit company.
- Manage and operate credit products in collaboration with the business team, formulating product promotion plans and designing value-added services while continuously optimizing products to enhance customer experience.
- Communicate externally about credit products, including standard and customized solutions, to ensure effective promotion and alignment with client needs.
- Continuously analyze market trends and client feedback to adapt product offerings and improve overall service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the data industry, particularly in banking, credit institutions, data companies, risk management consulting, lending institutions, or fintech.
- Preferred experience in credit reporting and credit management, with familiarity in data scoring design, risk consulting, risk control strategies, and credit risk models.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, statistics, economics, mathematics, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficient in SQL for data acquisition and analysis; familiarity with modeling tools such as R and Python is a plus.
- Demonstrates clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, keen curiosity, and a willingness to innovate and tackle challenges, along with a passion for work and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English for effective conversation and comprehension is preferred.
