Our Client:

The Senior HR Manager will lead all facets of HR operations from onboarding and compliance to employee relations and staff licensing.

The ideal candidate will be a proven HR leader with extensive experience, a command of employment law, and a passion for building exceptional workplace cultures.

Job Description:

  • Manage all daily HR tasks including payroll, benefits, and employee records.
  • Run the new hire onboarding and orientation process.
  • Ensure all staff licenses and certifications are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Create and update company HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Handle employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and improve workplace culture.
  • Oversee the performance review process and guide managers.
  • Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
  • Support recruitment by helping with job descriptions and hiring.
  • Track HR data and create reports to help guide company decisions.
  • Ensure the company follows all labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of professional HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and compliance.
  • A collaborative leader who builds trust at all levels with proven ability to lead and develop a team.
  • A skilled problem-solver who handles sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Experienced with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
