Job Description:

  • Manage projects by identifying milestones, forming teams, tracking activities, and resolving issues while ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Conduct business impact analysis to set organizational goals, document requirements, and design technical solutions, supporting change management efforts.
  • Develop end-user training materials and guides, and conduct briefing sessions as part of quality assurance and change management.
  • Provide technical consultancy to IT teams and business users, staying current with technologies and best practices through workshops.
  • Offer daily user support and training, promote adherence to IT strategies, and build strong relationships among IT, business partners, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in business analysis and IT project management.
  • Possess strong technical expertise in implementing case management and business process systems, as well as web-based and cloud technologies, document management, data analytics platforms, and Microservices architecture.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with effective analysis, user interviewing, and problem-solving abilities in both English and Chinese.
  • Have experience in project and quality management, familiar with methodologies (PMP or Agile), and knowledgeable in programming languages (Java and Python preferred), data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI preferred), and AI technologies.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively with project teams, exhibiting a proactive and confident approach.
