Our Client:

We are seeking a dynamic individual for new client acquisition through lead generation and conversion using TicTas travel technology solutions for online and offline travel agencies.

Job Description:

  • Acquire new clients through lead generation and conversion using TicTas travel technology solutions for both online and offline travel agencies.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Expand the sales pipeline by obtaining referrals from the current customer base.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in key accounts within a geographically defined territory.
  • Recognize customer needs and offer insights for product portfolio improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Gather and provide valuable market information and intelligence.
  • Deliver professional, accurate, and timely responses to customers.
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a travel intermediary role, preferably with an online travel agency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of GDS products is an added advantage.
  • Strong command of Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
  • Higher Diploma or above is preferred.

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
