Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Business Units, formulate and execute overall product portfolio strategies, including but not limited to sales & marketing action plans and financial budgeting
- Product business analysis, product performance analysis and result forecast and tracking
- Product launch, product lifecycle management and define Go-to-market plan to ensure our financial plan can be realized
- Monitor market situations and work with Business Units to do market research to ensure our product are having unique value propositions
- Work with Marcom colleagues to plan and execute marketing events, participate in exhibitions and programs to drive leads generations
- Work with R&D department to define high level product roadmap
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in ICT, Business Administrations, Marketing or any other related disciplines
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management or product marketing in IT industry
- Experience in Software industry is a plus
- Proven track record of managing sizable business, product performance or successful IT product launches
- Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically whilst achieving results in immediate area of responsibility
- Excellent communicator able to communicate at all levels and adopt a flexible & consultative approach
- Ability to think creatively and exploit business opportunities
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
