Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager supporting the distribution admin function.

The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for all-rounded agency admin including full records of financing package and distribution remuneration is handled in compliance with company policy and standard.
  • Monitor and maintain of the related compensation reports to fulfil management and distributions need.
  • Support and enhance the compensation system for operations and management purpose.
  • Provide support to the ad-hoc project when required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with 5 years’ experience of agency administration in insurance.
  • Holder of FLMI professional qualification is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and attentive to details.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer

 

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
