Our client is one of the world’s leading luxury brand with great presence across the Region. They are currently looking for high caliber candidates in merchandising to cope with their business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and take action upon daily and weekly sales performance
- Assist team member to achieve sales target
- Demonstrate a strong sense of selling skills and sense of product knowledge
- Giving instructions or orders to relevant staffs.
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs and handle sales transactions
- Lead assigned projects and in-store team
- Prepare sales reporting assigned by Store Manager
Job Requirements:
- Achieve sales target with excellent customer services aligned with the Company standards
- Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience, preferably in fashion or luxury fields
- Self-motivated, mature and good team-player
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
