Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies for the bank’s infrastructure platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
- Lead a team of infrastructure professionals responsible for managing the bank’s servers, storage, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the bank to ensure the infrastructure platform is meeting their needs and expectations.
- Manage the budget for the infrastructure platform, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT service delivery, change management, incident management, and problem management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Job Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in configuring, deploying and implementing Unix/Linux OS and systems in an enterprise environment
- Familiar with IBM SAN storage, Huawei storage and middleware is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
