Job Description:
- Develop and maintain the bank’s cloud infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet the bank’s business and technical requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies and platforms to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
- Define cloud infrastructure security policies and standards to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
- Implement and manage security controls for cloud-based systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and network access control systems.
- Work with other departments to ensure that cloud infrastructure risks are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
- Develop and deliver cloud infrastructure training to bank staff to increase their understanding of cloud technologies and best practices.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in designing and implementing highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure architectures
- Proficiency in automation and scripting languages
- In-depth understanding of security best practices for cloud-based solutions, including network security, identity and access management, and data encryption
- Ability to design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in cloud cost optimization and implementing cost management strategies
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
