Job Description:
- Work closely with business units to provide business solutions to address business needs
- Change requests analysis
- Serve as liaison between business units and IT development team
- Review work of business analysis team to ensure compliance with standards for documentation and testing
- Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Own the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing risks throughout the project
- Suggest areas of improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
- User Acceptance Test coordination
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- 3+ year working experience as Business Analyst, Operational support or Project management role with Financial Services Industry
- Knowledge in retail banking operations / workflow / products
- Familiar with payment, settlement, remittance is preferred
- Ideally someone with project coordination / management background with good operations experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skill
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
