Job Description:
- Manage and oversee the operations and risk of Information Technology Infrastructure of the Bank
- Work closely with IT Head to assess the current and long term infrastructure and IT needs for the Bank
- Ensure that information technology support entities perform to the satisfaction of its users and management in conjunction with banking and HKMA regulatory standards
- Build up the IT team and develop professional staff to ensure excellent services delivery
Job Requirements:
- University degree holder
- 10+ years’ experience in IT operations management and infrastructure project management with Bank or Financial Services industry
- Strong people management skill (with experience in leading 15+ subordinates)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, IT security standard, data center operations and HKMA regulatory compliance
- Proven experience working in complex and dynamic environments
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
