The role is responsible to manage effective remuneration and benefits management, advice and administration with the objective of ensuring the Company’s Remuneration & Benefit strategies for all levels of staff are forward thinking, and its reward structures are market competitive and consistent across the region.
Job Description:
- Take initiatives to drive HRIS related project, system transformation, UAT planning, process management, documentation and project execution
- In-charge of the HRIS system project and responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, controlling including the technical capabilities,
- Perform and manage C&B practices such as payroll, taxation operations, salary review, budgeting and payment activities
- Conduct data analysis and deploy C&B program enhancement
- Review and revamp HR policies & workflow improvement to ensure C&B practices compliance with legal & regulators requirements
*Less experience will be consider as Assistant Manager
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 5 years C&B management & operations experience, preferably from banking and financial sector
- Proactive, attentive to details with strong analytical skills
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Prior experience in HRIS project will be an advantage
- Well-versed in MS Office, proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese
