Our client is currently seeking a renovation project manager to take care of the office renovation and project.
The incumbent will be reporting to department head directly.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the office renovation, projects and facilities management.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers and vendors as well as monitor the progress and delivery.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline with minimum 6 years related working experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Self-motivated, meticulous and well-organized with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Flexible and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
