Our client is currently looking for a Senior HR Officer responsible for C&B administration.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the payroll administration including payroll process, taxation and MPF etc.
- Manage employees’ personnel data in the HR and filing system.
- Prepare regular reports, including staff cost and outsourcing cost, by consolidating data from various stakeholders.
- Assist in annual and ad hoc HR related projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 5+ years of work experience in C&B rewarding function in a regional or sizable capacity
- Sound numerical skills, attention to detail and accuracy and can work under pressure
- Organized with strong communication capability. Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset.
- Excellent computer literacy with good language ability in English and Chinese.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
