Our client is one of the well-known insurance group with life insurance business across Hong Kong and Macau. To cope with their business expansion. They are currently looking for an Officer supporting their business growth on Employee Benefits business.

 

Job Description:

  • Perform administrative functions for both new and renewal businesses of the department.
  • Provide support on daily operation such as member movement, policy issuance and renewal.
  • Participate in projects on operation efficiency.
  • Provide quality after-sales service to existing customers.
  • Support on Ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with 4 years’ experience in group life and medical insurance operations, and/or account servicing.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in writing English & Chinese correspondence.

 

Languages

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
