Job Description:

• Manage the operation and performance of IT services
• Responsible for IT service reporting and quality control
• Lead the IT service management aspects including incident management, change management, problem management
• Lead projects includes contract negotiation, vendor management and managing Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• 2+ years of directly related experience in managing IT Service delivery, preferably supporting Bank / financial services / insurance industry
• Experience in incident, problem or change management is preferred
• Experienced in IT asset management
• Familiar with BMC product is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with team members & business users
• Ability to work independently and assist in project management
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
