Responsibilities:

• Manage individual life claims according to company philosophy ad guidelines.
• Handle claims related enquiries from policyholders and frontline agents.
• Support on any ad hoc task provided by the management

Job Requirements:

• Degree holders or with 3~6 years of relevant working experience are also welcome.
• Work under pressure with positive working attitude.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Familiar in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

·         Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
