Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for the Manager to join their product development team.
Job Description:
- Perform new product development on deposit / secured lending / wealth management products
- Conduct in-depth market research and work closely with business teams in identifying and developing new and potential business channel and/or opportunities
- Assist to drive and deliver product development projects to support the business growth
- Initiate and justify different product development proposition and business case with the respective quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Assist in conducting post product launch performance analysis after the product launch and perform product due diligence in comply with compliance regulations
- Develop and improve deposits/ wealth / secured lending products and service in order to enhance the customer experience, business profitability and efficiency
- Develop and implement business performance of deposits /wealth / secured products and services, and make recommendations to improve the overall business performance
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in product and system management in banking or financial industry
- Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth
- Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
